Generally we will try to plow early in the morning to open up the parking lots. We will return later in the day to clean up the spaces where cars were parked during our first pass. We appreciate you taking the time to move your vehicles to a previously cleared space prior to our return.

Yes, with proper supervision. Most of our complexes are located away from the road, with large back yards, as well as large parking lots. The speed limit in our complexes is 10 MPH.
Yes. Grills should be more than 10 feet from the dwelling when in use. Vinyl siding will be affected by the heat from a gas grill.
We do not offer washer/dryer hookups in the units. There are coin-op laundries at all complexes except Muddy Brook, which may use the Hill Top laundry nearby.
The rental price, except for the house, includes heat. We ask that you help us control costs by using the heat as if you were paying for it yourself.
Not in the rental price, however, the units have all been prewired for cable TV, as well as landline telephones. Satellite services are also available.
